STORE DELIVERY (Delivery to Home) - Store Delivery – Delivery to Home - Fulfilled and Delivery from Store: 

Store Delivery is a convenient service available only to hardwarehank.com online customers where most items can be delivered to a specified address, such as your home, from a designated participating store. 

Here’s how Store Delivery works: 

• Shop your local or selected store on hardwarehank.com. 
• Once you have chosen a product, if your selected store offers Store Delivery, this option will be displayed on the product page and in the Cart.    
• Once your order has been placed with the Store Delivery option selected, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. 
• When the order is ready to be delivered to your home, you will receive an email indicating your items are ready to be shipped.  The actual store will provide further communications on when your delivery is expected. 
• Be sure to keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references. You may need your order number and one form of photo ID for receipt of your order. 

There are shipping charges associated with Store Delivery orders. Shipping costs for orders placed on hardwarehank.com are based on the size, weight and/or other attributes of the total order.   You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout. 

Please note, business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.  

You have 30 days from the time of package delivery per the carrier, to report an issue with your order.
