Q. Can I check the status of my order?
You can check on your order status through the store you placed the order with. Just give them a call (and have your confirmation number handy!)

Q. Do I pay online or in store ?

Q. Who do I contact if I have questions or want to return my purchase?
Any questions can be directed toward the store you placed your order with - they’ll be happy to help. You can read about our return policy here.

Q. What if I need to return an item due to it being defective?
Please return the item to the store that you ordered from and make sure to have your receipt and refer to our return policy for guidance.

Q. What if I have to cancel my Ship to Home order after it's already on the way?
Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel your ship-to-home order if it is already on its way to you. If you wish to return the item(s) once received, please return to the store that you placed your order.

Q. How long until I can pickup my order?
If your order is eligible for same day pickup, you’ll be notified at checkout and will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email when it’s ready.

For all other pickup orders, it typically takes between 1-7 business days for items to be shipped to your chosen store. You’ll be given an estimated date at checkout.

Q. How will I know when my order is ready to pickup?
You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email. Please bring a photo ID and have your order number handy (located on your order confirmation).

Q. How quickly can my order be delivered from the store?
If your order is eligible for delivery, an estimated delivery date will be available as you checkout. Your local store will be in contact with details.

Q. Can I have some items delivered, some items shipped to store and other items shipped to my home?
Yes!
