Same Day Pickup – Free Store Pickup – Fulfilled from Store allows you to buy online from your local Hardware Hank store and possibly have pickup the same day from a designated participating store. For same day pickup, item(s) must be in-stock and order placed at least 2 hours before store closing at a participating Hardware Hank store. 

Here’s how Same Day Pickup – Free Store Pickup – Fulfilled from Store works: 

Shop your local store on www.hardwarehank.com. 

• If your item is eligible for Free Store Pickup, it will be noted on the product page and in your cart. You may choose Free Store Pickup on the product page or in your cart. 
• If your order was placed at least 2 hours before store closing and the item(s) were in stock in the store, you could possibly pick up your order the same day it was placed. 
• Once the order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. 
• Next, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email indicating your items are ready and available for pick up.  PLEASE DO NOT HEAD TO THE STORE TO PICKUP YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU GET YOUR READY FOR PICKUP EMAIL. 
• When you pick up your order, be sure to have your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references. You must present your order number and one form of photo ID when you pick up your order at a Hardware Hank store. 

Ship to Store - Free Store Pickup - Fulfilled from Warehouse: 

When an item on www.hardwarehank.com  is available for Ship to Store - Free Store Pickup – Fulfilled from Warehouse, that means you can save shipping costs by choosing to have your item(s) delivered to the designated participating Hardware Hank store that you selected by our Warehouse.  Ship to Store - Free Store Pickup – Fulfilled from Warehouse is available only to www.hardwarehank.com online customers. 

Here’s how Ship to Store - Free Store Pickup – Fulfilled from Warehouse works: 

• Shop your local store on www.hardwarehank.com. 
• If your item is eligible for Free Store Pickup, it will be noted on the product page or in your cart. You may choose Free Store Pickup on the product page or in your cart. 
• Upon placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email and your order will be fulfilled by the warehouse and ship to your selected store.  
• Once your order is received by your selected store, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email indicating your items are ready and available for pick up. PLEASE DO NOT HEAD TO THE STORE TO PICKUP YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU GET YOUR READY FOR PICKUP EMAIL.
