Virtually all import manufacturers utilize less costly and less durable yellow brass, which typically has a high content of lead. Red brass will not dezincify like yellow brass. The 20/22 Series Stop Valves are Lead Free, feature a heavy brass body, metal operating handle and packing nut design. The 22.00-KT1 is a Cap and Seal Kit for the Stop and Waste Valves.
